  1. Some nice photies this week Tris. The red finch is a Pine Grosbeak, a very rare visitor to the Yookay. Further down is the unmistakeable Bluejay and even further down and on its second Munguins Republic outing if I’m not mistaken is Australias Rainbow Lorakeet. It’s doing its usual, I’ve crashed through a paint shop window impression.

  2. That puppy is very cute. Loved the colourful birdies too. Lots of cats – regular readers will know Tris is not a big fan of domestic moggies and their toileting habits. But some are actually scared of the very territorial felines.

Beautiful baby ely and topped and tallied with a lovely mum and child, bliss.

Merry Christmas to all at MNR.

    1. Well, that IS different.

Is it just me (I’ve been sick, so I’ve hardly been in shops) or is there less crappy Christmas music being played in shops this year. Maybe they should try that album for a change?

Anyway, have a good one up in Crieff, Conan.

    1. Could be. That’s what happens to me when I drink too much red wine!!

Are you coming home for Christmas, or staying somewhere sane?

In either case, have a good one. 🙂

  3. Could this be a new discovery in cetacean behaviour? Pic 9 seems to show some narwhals performing a scene from The Three Musketeers! Mind you, there is another “French connection” – wasn’t the crown prince of France known as The Dolphin?

    MI6 doing well.
    A pigeon drone at Gatwick.
Now a computer fault at Birmingham.
    What next.
Santa will be delivering lots of drones this year.
