SOPPY SUNDAY

I found a shortcut to the ticket office which gives me another 2 minutes in bed!

2. Out looking for lambs last weekend.

3. We also came across a field of pigs in individual houses.

4. Swimming lesson over for today.

5. Wolf Love.

6. So, we have a lodger.

7. Raccoons like flowers.

8. I’m a Saiga, and for those of you who don’t recognise me, I’m a sort of antelope.

9. This beauty, Kay tells me, is a Hebe Tiger Moth… all dressed up, I’d say.

10. Look into my eye… Your under. Now go get me sultanas.

11. Empress Tree in Srem.

12. Plea from a sheep.

13. Of course it isn’t.

14. Sorry, did my snoring keep you awake? Intifada from Srem.

15. Who loves mummy?

16. This is Beaky. She had an accident with her beak and is now fed by all her friends including her partner.

17. Are you my daddy?

18. I’ll be on door duty at night.

19. Chez Munguin. So much work to be done clearing up after winter… It would be nice if winter would actually STOP.

20. Just a bit of sunshine going on now as I’m preparing to leave work for the day and let Wol the Owl take over.

Thanks to Kay and Claire for their photos.

  1. Awww, what a delightful bunch of photos. Infitada’s mane is particularly stunning. I’d say Munguin’s garden is looking not too bad all things considered! The doorangutans were, as ever, splendid and who doesn’t love an elephants.

Bettany Hughes was in Estonia this week if anyone wants to watch on C4 catchup.

Was my soul balmed? Well yes indeed it was!

    1. Intifada is, for sure a beautiful and talented horse.

And today (at least for now) the sun is shining so I’m being sent out to do more. There’s a pong to be cleared..

Oh, the life of a factotum.

    1. Yes. It does, Alan. The love between an elephant and a human … or indeed any two animal s of different species is always touching.

      It just talks of trust.
