Smaller state;
Reduce benefits;
Raising the retirement age;
Lowering taxes;
No compelled replacement of gas boilers;
Postponement of net zero measures;
More regulatory divergence from the EU;
Planning deregulation to encourage house building;
Raising of the pension age;
Total mistrust of the Whitehall establishment;
More like the Tufty Club.
Basically, a fair amount of that is what brought her down last time.
She’s not a quick study.

She is in with the far right in the US. She did a speech at their dodgy extreme far right club can’t remember the name of it, a few months ago I think it was. She’d take money off anyone, no conscience, no morals, a selfish right wing trougher. Much as she seems irrelevant, the attention she gets in the media makes her dangerous. She trashed the UK economy, with her boyfriend, they should both be in jail but they are laughing all the way to the bank.
UK is a cesspit of corruption at the highest level, those in charge are puppets for christ knows who in dodgy countries, including the US, Sunak no doubt takes his orders from corporations there, hence destroying the English NHS, Scotland’s is next. It’s all very sinister, the people are no longer
protected by the EU so it’s a free reign for the oligarchs. Yikes.

I’m sure they made money out of the disaster they caused. Her boyfriend apparently tipped off some of his frineds in the City about the budget before he delivered it.
She is very dangerous, because she still has a following in the party.

I remembered the name most here will have heard of it, The Heritage Foundation, ‘conservative think tank’ in the US. Well Truss definitely tanked the economy. Far as I have read it’s not just ‘conservative’, more far right wing, saying the least.
Funny term, ‘think tank’ I wonder who thought of that!

You have to wonder who would be interested in hearing for a person who was so completely out of her depth as a leader, that she lasted on 47 days (minus 10 for mourning, when it was illegal to conduct anything more that the most essential business).

he says .who is that

one of the UK foremost orthopaedic spinal specialists.
He says what,
I’ve never had a problem with my back in me life(indignitly)
Why am am I seeing him ??
By which time I’m holding me self in from laughing.
She says it’s your GP which has booked your consultation
He says well I don’t know where is the toilet

It is scary that someone as dim witted as Liz Truss could ever become PM. An event that left the economy trashed, a trashing that will be costing us, the populous for years to come.
It is scary if she is on manoeuvres, not just book promotion. Scary because the papers, the media could make her rise phoenix like, as some Joan of Arc from the ashes.
Changing the locks on number 10 is not enough. As Hetty alludes to above, leaving the EU has left the country exposed to the dreams and ideologies of nutters.

She surely can’t, after the embarrassment of her first foray into leadership, imagine that she would ever be given that role again.
I suspect this is about selling her weighty tome about her “time” in office.
Had it been me, I’d have slunk off into the countryside and never been seen again, but I guess she’s made of sterner, or greedier, or more self important stuff.

She did manage to steal Sunak’s thunder on rowing back on zero carbon plans, which is him pandering to the tory party right wing nut jobs.
You’re right Tris, I hope, she had one chance and blew it, big style. But she can be the voice for the wayward factions within the ranks. She can do this with impunity, the first dog turd you step in creates a smell, the next one doesn’t make it any worse.
