Perhaps for the best, but the “cute spiders” at Pic 16 don’t show for me.
In Pic 18, the hill in the distance is Schiehallion.

The omicron variant was not planned for release until May22 according to their schedule, I guess they released it early to distract from the Maxwell Trial which starts on Monday.

That was the repugnant old hag who wasn’t moved by a drowned kid on a beach and called him a cockroach. She’s up there with i Patel in the humanity stakes.
All she does is self publicise because it’s all she’s got.
Please stop making light of Covid on Munguin’s Republic.
Many of us have lost people and many of us are close to doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff who are living every day with this.

Birds. Glad your birdies are okay after the storm. Doon in the central belt it wasn’t that bad – had far worse.
Loved the passion flower in Bulgaria – gorgeous. Missing the Bulgarian cats though. Still a balm for the soul right enough.
Could do with a massage to get rid of some tension tho’

Some seriously cool moves there. Must try some of them when I next go clubbing.
I’m dubious about the one where the two of you run across the water splashing everywhere though… I think it might be get chucked out.

So perhaps the Rocky Horror Picture Show ran in Scotland.
The best part of “Time Warp” were the instructions delivered by Charles Gray, who played the James Bond villain Ernst Stavro Blofeld in “Diamonds Are Forever” (the one set in Las Vegas.)
Dialogue:
Brad: Just a moment, Janet. We don’t want to interfere with their celebration.
Janet: This isn’t the Junior Chamber of Commerce, Brad!
Brad: They’re probably foreigners with ways different from our own. They may do some more… folk dancing.

LOL… I should watch that whole thing sometime. It’s as mad as …well…royalty (the maddest thing I could think of)!

LOL…..I’ve only seen clips of it myself, but still a popular cult film after almost fifty years I guess. Note that “American Gothic” shows up in the Time Warp clip. 🙂

Ah, I waited a bit long to have life affirmed for me again by Tris’s Soppy Sunday … but now it has been, I realized how much I missed it, especially the orangutans.
For my key fob, I have acquired a hairy plastic orangutan. I call her Chloë, because she’s a blooming orangutan.
I just thought you might like to know that.
Katie Hopkins can p*iss off.

Well, I’m sure that Chloë will reaffirm daily for you. Tell her Munguin says!
That is the least that Hopkins can do. A long walk off a short pier would be my answer for her.

I went to Tsavo West a couple of times and – oh my. Glorious. Peak experiences, both times. I espcially liked the rock hyraxes, which are cute, cuddly creatures. The ones by the lodge I stayed at seemed to have no fear of humans.
Munguinites are probably already know this, but the rare and beautiful green form of garnet known as tsavorite comes from around there – the stones are mined just outside the park boundary. Here’s a pic of a cut gemstone: http://www.gemresources.com/Images/51-3-Finest%20Example%20Of%20Tsavorite.jpg.
And here’s web page I turned up put out by the mining company: https://is.gd/O20OGp.
Tanzanite is a related blue form of garnet, mined not all that far away over the border in TZ, on the other side of Kilimanjaro. I find that one really beautiful too: https://africabriefing.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/tanzanite.jpg.
Here’s a URL from the TanzaniteOne mining company’s website: https://is.gd/QJnO7S.
