SOPPY SUNDAY

Heading off to work now. Nothing like an early start, as Munguin always says.

2. Another one of Andi’s stunning pics.

3. And yet we are using pesticides that will kill them, as if THEY and not US are the pests.

4. I’ve heard Munguin stocks high quality sultanas for just such occasions as visits from VIBs.

5. This lucky cat has a garden Munguin would kill for.

6. I think I’m pretty cute. What do you think?

7. The Bee Café.

8. Thank you for rescuing me. Can we go home now?

9. There’s handsome, more handsome and most handsome… and then there’s me!

10. Drink up, little one.

11. Singing for my supper. Hint I’m fond of mealworms.

12. Bourton-on-the-Water in the English Cotswolds.

13. A wee lad in Virginia, while out playing, befriended this deer and brought it home with him. His mum took a pic of them together.

14. Why? What do you mean my face is dirty?

15. Hmmm, who’s this then?

16. Do you do afternoon teas here?

17. Thanks for putting flowers in my dining room. Not all peoples is bad.

18. If humans had hearts like us, the Earth would be a nice planet to live on.

19. And if all animals were like me, the world would be a much better place to live.

20.If you don’t have a ticket, you can purchase one here. Be so good as to give me your credit card.

Thanks to Andi.

  1. Yes my favourite MNR of the week, SS! A real balm for the soul. I’m conflicted re the grey squirrel, yea quite cute but an invasive species carrying a virus that kills our native much cuter red squirrels so now only live in isolated pockets and are endangered. The collies were lovely but psst capybara is the world’s largest rodent. Do you really want rodents in the house? Hopefully it will recover from its limp soon and return to the outside.

Re andimac a lovely picture, but how does he get Sammy on a phone picture. Unless… it’s on a camera and the film is printed out and thus can be scribbled on like in AOY 🙂

Yes that was a lovely garden but can you imagine the work involved. Of course Munguin is a multi media mogul and can afford a team of gardeners. But he’s tight and so gets the factotum to do everything…

And waves to doorangutans, as usual you’re doing a fine job. Keep it up!

    1. Yes. I’m conflicted about the squirrels too. But either are such cute clever little things…

An injured rodent would be welcome in the Towers, at least until he or she were uninjured.

I wondered that about Andi’s pictures. Sammy must be one very influential snail.

The garden would take a lot of work (and money) but, can you imagine that bothering Munguin?

Why do you think I have a permanent sore back and dirty nails!!!

The dorangutans wondered if you could put in a good word for them… about a pay rise.

      🙂

    2. Hi, PP. The picture was indeed taken on a camera but there was no film involved: it was a digital camera. The photo wasn’t digitally enhanced in any way but a wee simple bit of editing work allowed me to add Sammy – or did he just slide on? 🐌😊

Speaking of Scotland, we are currently lying 6th in the third placed teams at Euros. Since 6 of the third placed teams reach the next round, what’s the betting that we’ll be 7th by tomorrow 😦

    1. So true.

I guess the people in leadership situations don;t give a damn about the future, because they won;t be there to see it.

      Their grandkids will though.
