DOPY DON MAKES AN ASS OF HIMSELF… AGAIN

Daft Old Dementia Don the Rapist was caught in a very stupid lie about sending a hospital boat in an international incident, insulting Nato allies when, in actual fact, the truth was the exact opposite of what he said!

Here’s what happened. On Saturday evening, the president posted an image of the hospital ship USNS Mercy with the declaration that he was “working with the fantastic Governor of Louisiana, Jeff Landry, we are going to send a great hospital boat to Greenland to take care of the many people who are sick, and not being taken care of there. It’s on the way!!!”

Many people were left wondering “what the hell is he talking about” until it was eventually peaced together that this is a fictional story that Trump’s burger-choked brain spat out when he was informed that a US soldier had fallen ill on a nuclear submarine deployed near Greenland —(Why was a US nuclear sub in Greenlandic waters?) — and was taken care of by the Danish military brought to Nuuk and hospitalised.

So Greenland took care of a sick American sailor, and Trump’s response is to imply that the Greenlanders don’t take care of their own people.

The other thing is, the US has two hospital ships, which remarkably, are both in dry dock in Alabama at the moment undergoing work . I imagine that both the Danish Foreign Ministry and the Greenlandic Prime Minister are aware of the state of Felon Bone Spurs somewhat weird mental health and so will not be too worried.

But really someone needs to do something about grandpa now before he starts world war three.

What an insult from his feeble brain to Greenland and Denmark which both have excellent health care, free at the point of need particularly given the sorry state of American health care.

25th Amendment now.

ONE VIEW OF A POSSIBLE FUTURE

Trump, in a desperate attempt to stop people talking about the Epstein files, or a grab for Greenland’s immense mineral wealth, or both, is now closer than ever to invading the country, which is a member of NATO.

This article, by Brent Molnar, American writer, political commentator, and retired US Air Force veteran , looks at a possible scenario. Copied from Facebook.

*****

If the United States follows through on the threat to invade Greenland, we need to be crystal clear about what happens the next morning. This is not a real estate transaction or a routine military exercise. It is the geopolitical equivalent of pulling the pin on a grenade in a crowded elevator. The moment American boots hit the ground in Nuuk to seize territory from a fellow NATO member, the world as we know it ends. The consequences will not be temporary sanctions or angry letters. They will be total, permanent, and devastating.

The first domino to fall is the North Atlantic Treaty Organization itself. NATO is built on the sacred promise of Article 5, that an attack on one is an attack on all. If the U.S. attacks Denmark, we are not just breaking the treaty; we are triggering it against ourselves. NATO dissolves instantly. The alliance that kept the peace in Europe for 75 years evaporates, leaving the continent to rearm and realign against the new aggressor across the Atlantic. We don’t just lose an ally; we create a unified enemy.

The military repercussions will be swift and humiliating. Europe will immediately demand the closure of every U.S. military base on the continent. Ramstein in Germany, Aviano in Italy, Lakenheath in the UK, all gone. Our ability to project power into the Middle East and Africa vanishes overnight. We will be evicted from the very soil we helped liberate and defended for decades, forced to retreat to our own shores as a fortress nation, isolated and friendless.

Then comes the economic nuclear option. The European Union is the largest single market in the world, and they will weaponize it. Europe will likely move to call in U.S. debt and dump their dollar reserves, sending the value of our currency into a death spiral. The U.S. economy, which relies on the dollar being the global reserve currency, will collapse. Inflation will make the post-COVID spikes look like a rounding error. Your savings will be worthless before the ink dries on the invasion orders.

Corporate America will face an extinction event. U.S. companies will be expelled from the European market. Apple, Google, McDonald’s, and Tesla will see their assets seized or their operations banned. Trillions of dollars in market capitalization will be incinerated in minutes. The stock market will not just crash; it will close. We are talking about the complete de-globalization of American industry, cutting us off from the wealthiest consumers on the planet.

The skies will go silent. European aviation authorities will almost certainly ground all Boeing jets and ban U.S. airlines from their airspace. Transatlantic travel will cease. If you are in Paris or Berlin, you are stuck there. The logistical arteries that feed our supply chains will be severed. We will be cut off from European medicine, machinery, and technology. We will be an island nation in the worst possible sense.

The cultural isolation will be just as stinging. The International Olympic Committee and FIFA will have no choice but to bar the United States from competition, just as they did with Russia. There will be no World Cup matches in New Jersey. There will be no Team USA in the Olympics. We will be treated as a pariah state, unwelcome on the global stage, forced to watch the world celebrate without us.

For individual Americans, the consequences will be personal and painful. Visa-free travel to Europe will end immediately. Americans currently living or working in Europe will lose their legal protections and residency status. They will become persona non grata, potentially facing deportation or internment. The “blue passport” that used to open every door will suddenly be a red flag at every border crossing.

This is the end of trust, and it does not reset. You cannot invade a democratic ally and then say “my bad” four years later. The psychological break will be permanent. Europe will realize that the United States is no longer a partner but a predator. They will build their own defense architecture, their own financial systems, and their own alliances that specifically exclude us. The West will continue, but the United States will no longer be part of it.

Invading Greenland is not a show of strength; it is an act of national suicide. We are trading our reputation, our economy, and our security for a frozen island and a handful of minerals we can’t even process. The price of this real estate deal is everything we built over the last century. If we cross this line, there is no going back. We will be the lonely superpower, ruling over nothing but our own decline.

RANDOM THOUGHTS

Following in the footsteps of the MAGA crowd

The hard right Fascist lot in the UK seem to be starting a christian church. Tommy Two Names’ “Christian movement” is a recent political-religious phenomenon where he and his followers use Christian identity and symbols, particularly Christian Nationalism, to rally against perceived threats to British culture, especially Islam.

Apparently he was converted to the faith (or so he says) on his most recent spell in prison.

This is reminiscent in many ways of the MAGA movement in America. In fact it seems to me to be a direct copy of it.

It’s not my place to criticise people’s religious beliefs and I’m certainly no expert, having no belief myself and relying only on what I was force fed at school, but I do find it hard to understand how extreme right politics (or for that matter, extreme left politics) can claim to be christian in nature.

For example, the far right, whether in the USA or in the UK, abhors immigrants, so maybe Stephen Tommy Yaxley Lennon Robertson would like to clarify how he feels about these verses from the Bible…

And it is not only in the Old Testament that you find these views, Jesus himself taught compassion and justice to foreigners, strangers and vulnerable people.

The Parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke Ch 10) tells of a Jewish man robbed and beaten, ignored by a priest and a Levite, but compassionately helped by a Samaritan, a foreigner, who not only bandaged him and cared for his wounds, but also took him to an inn and paid for his care there.

Jesus urged his followers to do the same sort of thing…

So, Tommy, what’s your view of that?

So your followers ARE Nazis?

Their parents, grandparents and family members may have died fighting this… so, not sure what conclusion to draw from that. But it seems to me that you are proud of it.

THIS IS REFORM

Just like Trump £$£$£$£$£

A Reform UK councillor with the power to influence the fate of Lancashire’s care homes is simultaneously a director of a private care company that could profit from their closure. Now, explosive emails reveal that Councillor Graham Dalton has resorted to issuing legal threats in an attempt to silence an opposition councillor who dared to question this glaring conflict of interest.

The controversy centres on plans to shut down ten council-run residential homes and day centres. As the cabinet member for adult social care, Dalton holds a key role in this controversial review. Yet, he is also the co-owner of First for Care GB Limited, a private provider that offers services directly overlapping with those under threat.

When Labour’s Councillor Kim Snape suggested Dalton could financially benefit from the closures, the response was not transparency, but a threat of legal action, delivered through council staff. This move has been condemned as a direct assault on essential public debate and accountability.

Reform UK’s Andrea Jenkyns is claiming travel expenses for her job as Mayor of Lincolnshire, why? Because she lives in Yorkshire (despite saying she lives in Lincolnshire on her nomination forms).

Inhuman

“…who have broken into our country…”

I wonder if it occurs to people like this revolting old man, who was thrown out of Reform earlier this year, that Brits broke into other people’s countries around the world, took them over, made the people learn English and stole , plundered and raped. In doing so, who knows how many millions of people were killed.

I’d like to live in a country where people can go about their business without the fear of being stabbed by anyone.

Alright?

Our deepest apologies, your imperial orangeness

Hardly a day goes by without the BBC, at least in their Scottish branch office, misrepresenting the Scottish Government or the SNP or the Greens. Indeed, they have just apologised for using a Tory Press Release almost exactly word for word.

And then there was this:

But someone misrepresented his special senile Uncle Bone Spurs in America and my goodness, does Nigel look cross or what?

BYE BYE MANDY, YET AGAIN

So Starmer has sacked Mandelson as UK ambassador to the USA on the basis of released communications between Mandelson and Jeffrey Epstein.

Ironically he will, next week, be playing host to someone else who had exactly the same relationship with Epstein.

I say he will be hosting because, although officially it is the head of state who hosts state visits, we are all pretty certain that Charlie is looking forward to this as much as he would root canal treatment without anaesthetic. We know that it was Starmer who wanted to creep to Trump by inviting him on an unprecedented second state visit. (Some would say it was a clever move…after all UK avoided a lot of the tariffs Trump put on other countries, because he’s such a vain little man and flattery always wins him over… At the same time many say it makes him a ridiculous creep.)

The correspondence shows that the two were very close… and Mandelson was furious at Epstein’s arrest over soliciting minors. And, just like Andrew York, Mandelson continued to see Epstein after his first charges and helped him with his defence.

I doubt anyone is accusing Mandelson of being involved in any of this. He is, after all, openly gay and unlikely to have been interested in Epstein’s clients. But he MUST have known, if they were as close and as often in each others’ company…as, of course, must have Trump.

I’m just astounded that background checks on him didn’t throw up his closeness to Epstein over so many years. It seems incredible given the sensitivity of the position he was about to undertake. Even if the damning communications were not known at the time, surely it was clear that he had had a close relationship with the man over many years.

What was Starmer’s team thinking not going into this in great detail before appointing him to a massively important diplomatic role? You can bet Putin and Xi knew all about it!

It will be interesting to see what Trump has to say about his sacking.

Also, I’m looking forward to seeing the English crowds’ reactions to Felon Bone Spurs when he arrives there on Tuesday.

Very briefly, on the subject of Charlie Kirk, I’m sorry he was shot. I’m sorry he died. Apparently Mr Trump is also deeply sorry… Much less so for Melissa, Hortman…but then she was only a Democtrat.

SEEMS SOME OF THE MAGA CROWD ARE LESS THAN HAPPY …

…and no wonder

In his customary extremely presidential fashion, Trump has released a statement on Truth Social. Of course, it is more like an unhinged rant against Democrats including “crooked” Hillary and against some of his own, now disowned, MAGA followers.

(By the way, imagine Trump calling anyone else crooked! You have to laugh.)

Well, for a start there’s a lot of bull in there… I mean “I have had more success in 6 months than perhaps any president in our country’s history.” Hmmm…

Enumerate these successes, Donny! I truly can’t think of any…

But to go back to the point. You say, Bone Spurs, that Epstein was all a hoax? So why, under your last presidency, was he in prison? Likewise, why was and still is, Maxwell in prison. Should she not be released immediately and pardonned?

You say your ex-supportes have been conned by the “lunatic left” for 8 long years. Maybe you could let us know which 8 long years these were… and who formed the administration(s) at those times… Were they people who voted for you in November, despite having been conned for 8 long years? If so, weren’t you president for 4 of these long years?

Some of the responses from the draft dodger’s support on Truth Social, which only has Trump supporters, (as reported by Leah McElrath on Bluesky), are saying…

… Wish we could see the end of that post.

Talking of the Attorney General…

Well, well, well, indeed. So you knew the dude whose file was sitting on your desk, but then that file mysteriously didn’t exist, but then did exist again but it was all fake having been invented by Obama, Biden and Crooked Hillary? Just checking, coz, y’know, it’s all a bit complex!

Can anyone imagine Biden, Obama and Clinton sitting down together to fabricate the Epstein files?

And quite aside from Epstein, there is this revolting piece…

Only a moron would brag about that sort of thing… and now, Mr Insurrectionist, don’t you kinda wish you hadn’t bragged about teens with no clothes on? Eh, Donny?

Not a good look, old man.

“Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

Did someone tell you real people add this to their letters?

PS: And now there’s this…

And this

Oh dear.

SERIOUS STUFF

Written by Retired Major, Former State Senator, Former Congressional Candidate, Richard Ojeda on Facebook, and republished here. I have informed him I am doing this.

Trump is Dismantling NATO and Handing Ukraine to Putin in Real-Time—And No One is Stopping Him.

Right now, behind closed doors, Trump’s allies are negotiating a deal that could break NATO and leave Ukraine defenseless. Reports from multiple sources—including The Financial Times, The Hill, and Le Figaro—confirm that Russia demanded U.S. troops leave Eastern Europe and that Trump is being pushed as the man to make it happen. He’s not resisting—he’s listening.

Trump has already blamed Zelensky for Russia’s invasion and refuses to call Putin an aggressor. His administration is now floating the idea of lifting sanctions on Russia, while European leaders are begging him not to betray NATO—because they know exactly what he’s doing.

According to The Economist, Trump’s goal isn’t just to abandon Ukraine—it’s to remove Zelensky and install a pro-Russian puppet government. His former national security advisor, John Bolton, is sounding the alarm, warning that Trump’s ‘peace deal’ would cripple NATO and allow Ukraine to be carved up by Russia.

Even Bernie Sanders is calling this one of the saddest moments in American history, watching a U.S. president openly work with a Russian dictator to destroy democracy while turning his back on America’s European allies.

And let’s be crystal clear: this isn’t some future scenario—this is happening right now.

Trump is already bending to Putin. His administration is pushing Ukraine to accept deals that would cripple its independence, and his allies are signaling that sanctions on Russia might be lifted. Meanwhile, Trump continues spreading Russian propaganda on NATO and Ukraine—parroting Putin’s exact talking points from the Kremlin.

If he gets his way, it’ll be too late to stop it. NATO will be shattered, Ukraine will be abandoned, and America will be isolated while dictators reshape the world order.

This is not politics as usual. This is a crisis. And the clock is ticking.

REEVES AND A WORD SALAD OF NONSENSE

Thanks to Drew for alerting us to this. He posted it on Tuesday’s post but I reckoned that too few people would see it there so I’m repeating it here because it is important.

Brian Leishman, Labour MP for Grangemouth, asked Rachel Reeves a question about closing the refinery there. It’s in the form of a video from Twitter and it won’t let me upload it here, so I give you the link.

Drew said: I don’t know why she got to her feet. I heard words, but they meant heehaw.

I’m sure you will agree.

What they are doing is diabolical and it was a totally valid question from her own back bench.

Perhaps the reason that she couldn’t give a proper answer was that Anas (read my lips) Sarwar, in the run up to the election last year, complained that the SNP was doing nothing about the closure of the plant (they were)… but that if people voted Labour, they would save Grangemouth and all the jobs.

Let’s remind ourselves that the company is closing a factory in the UK with the loss of thousands of Scottish jobs and making available £600,000,000 (black hole, anyone?) to the same company to help them open a factory in Belgium… creating thousands of jobs for the Belgians.

As for her excuse that the was the party opposite what done it… well, we know that it was the Tories that came up with that plan… (Why? Backhanders?)

But there is no reason why the Labour government cannot refuse to carry it forward. In fact quite the opposite.

After all, the Tories had promised winter fuel payments to millions of pensioners and Labour came in and happily took these payments away. Maybe they just see pensioners as less important and worth less than big business.

So what is the reason, Reeves, Sarwar and Starmer? Is it because, for some reason, you don’t want Scotland to have a refinery?

(Excuse any typos. My spell checker hasn’t transferred to my new computer.)

IT’S NO 1; IT’S TOP OF THE POPS

Freezing this Christmas is apparently selling very well and leading in the download charts in the UK despite the BBC refusing to play it.

I can’t understand why the BBC wouldn’t play it. It’s not like it is advertising anything (the BBC has to be careful about that); it does not criticise the royal family (they have to watch that too) and it is not pornographic.

It’s just a protest song about the fact that British pensioners on low incomes have had between two and three hundred pounds taken from them by the UK government to fill a black hole that the government swore it knew nothing about before it took office.

Oddly John Swinney did know about it (despite working in another parliament in another country) and put it to Mr Sarwar during the debate before the election, where famously, Mr Sarwar answered that there would be no austerity under Labour.

I’m not sure that the BBC was wise to ban it. It simply and gives the song more publicity.

And while we are having a bit of a snigger at embarrassing SIR Starmer, maybe we should have a bit of a titter at old Pam.

I mean, if you thought the Labour government was mean to take £200 or £300 from pensioners, all that fades into relative insignificance, when Glasgow Pam’s £31,000 is mentioned.

There is an embarrassingly long list of Labour MPs and MSPs including Yvette Cooper and HRH DAME Baillie being similarly laughed at.

It’s worth noting that some decent Labour MPs and MSPs are protesting against their government’s decision. Up to a hundred, apparently are so upset by the decision that they may vote against the whip. And to be fair, even Sarwar has said that he thinks it is the wrong decision.

“When a Clown moves into a Palace, he doesn’t become a King. The Palace instead becomes a Circus.”

– Turkish proverb

“The fact that the country would choose to destroy itself by voting in a convicted felon rapist and Nazi is a sign of deep nihilism. To put it mildly.” John Cusack

Stephen King said: “There’s a sign you can see in many shops that sell beautiful but fragile items: LOVELY TO LOOK AT, DELIGHTFUL TO HOLD, BUT ONCE YOU BREAK IT, THEN IT’S SOLD. You can say the same about democracy.”

Whoopi Goldberg, who has been outspoken about her feelings on Trump, said: “He’s the president. I’m still not going to say his name. That’s not going to change.”

British author Philip Pullman simply said: “Goodbye, America. It was nice knowing you.”

Piers Morgan sent Trump his “congratulations”, calling his triumph “the greatest comeback in political history”. He said it was “a testament to your resilience, mental strength & never-give-up mentality as your enemies tried to kill you, jail you and brand you the new Hitler. Good luck in your second term.”

Well, I suppose someone has to like him, and so far we got the DUP, Reform and Piers Morgan… what more could he want?

Jamie Lee Curtis wrote: “Many fear their rights will be impeded and denied. Many, minority groups and young people will be afraid. Gay and trans people will be more afraid. We know that many women will now find it difficult to get the reproductive healthcare that they need and deserve.”

Comedy star Christina Applegate urged people to “unfollow” her if they were supporting Trump, which she said was a “vote against” female and disability rights.

Offt, imagine that dirty old man touching you…

As one of the president-elect’s most important backers, the tech billionaire, Elon Musk donated more than $119m (£92m) to re-elect Trump, who has promised Musk a job in his administration.

Needless to say, SIR Keir Starmer and the British government which had been backing Harris, rushed to congratulate Trump. Strange given how the Foreign Secretary not long ago calling him a ‘neo-Nazi-sympathising sociopath’ – said: ‘The UK has no greater friend than the US, with the special relationship being cherished on both sides of the Atlantic for more than 80 years. We look forward to working with you and J D Vance in the years ahead.

Imagine looking forward to working with a neo-nazi. Still, read my lips and all that.

His Sirness has demanded that Cabinet Ministers refrain from saying anything, lest one of them, just for a change, tell the truth and upset the big white… or rather, orange, chief.

In the meantime, Reform yUK has suggested that Starmer should use Farage’s “close friendship” with Trump and roll out the red carpet for Trump. So I expect, that Starmer will be rushing there to invite the “neo-nazi” on another state visit.

At least the proper queen, who allegedly loathed Trump, won’t have to suffer him this time, but they also won’t be able to palm him off on his friend and fellow Epstein fan, AirMiles, as he’s in the dog house for being a nonce. William’s lot would have to be kept at arms length since Trump, having seen nude pictures of Middleton sneaked by the press years ago, made some pretty lewd comments about her.. and how he wouldn’t mind. So it looks as if it’s all down to Snarls and Mrs Parker Woodbines.

At 78, Trump is the oldest man to ever become president and there are worries about his physical and mental heath. It is quite possible, if not probable, that he won’t last the 4 years….

… but then there’s J D Vance!!!
