      1. Pace lacking, certainly but heart, commitment and work effort, 100%.
I was impressed by the speed of Shellboy, for a tortoise. Obviously has a committed training regime.

        1. I think the tail wagger should get a shout out for being a good sport. It’s like a big bro playing with his lil bro (something, I have to admit, I never did!)

  1. Looks like the British nationalists are attempting to insult and ridicule Scotland into a rage, all part of their distraction from the horrific mess that is the British nationalists’ Brexit, and possibly part of a plot to create some false flag stuff at COP26. Far fetched? Put absolutely nothing past the Tories. Wasn’t it reported in the news that the rUK should be angry about some funding ,(all from English tax payers of course) being spent on businesses in Scotland?
The British nationalist English government are really trying to create divide within Scotland and animosity towards Scotland from outwith Scotland. They are experts at it as we all know. They have an agenda, several in fact, with the ‘eyes of the world,’ on Scotland in just a couple of weeks, the British nationalist government will use it to their advantage, and it won’t be to the benefit of Scotland, the opposite in fact.

    1. This is no surprise. They used up all the arguments they had in 2014, so now it’s the desperate stuff. Expect some false flag outrages, like cybernats vandalising war memorials, and reports of vile separatists attacking English people. The British nationalists have decades of experience in this field in scores of territories.

      1. Maybe, of courser, that is why they keep saying no.

Keep pushing it 25 years down the road.

They know that whatever they say the argument is… We’ve heard it all before.

    2. I’d not be surprised.

Division is the only way to go for them. They aren’t going to provide the kind of government Scotland needs therefore, their only way of controlling us is t divide us.

I doubt COP 26 in Glasgow was a good idea.

Given their record on organising things, I can’t imagine that it will run smoothly.

  2. Scotland is a de facto but not a de jure colony. Unfortunately it’s how you are treated that is the important bit especially when you have a government that breaks international treaties. The Treaty of Union is an international treaty – between Scotland and England (incorporating Wales).

    1. Sadly it’s pretty much in the bag soon as the delgates arrive on Scottish soil…look forward to a xmas lock down, but, maybe not because the ScotGov coffers must be stretched already, what with all the mitigation having to be done to stave off the horror of the English governments’ cruel, draconian cuts to the poorest and most vulnerable as well as chopping a chunk off low paid workers’ wages with the BritGovs’ NI hike! The BritNats will be rubbing their dirty scheming hands together, laughing at Scotland, ha ha ha!!

      1. Yep. Not thought through.

The EU is trying to accommodate a spoilt child that will not be happy till it gets EVERYTHING it wants… cake and eat it syndrome.

        Can’t see it happening.

In the meantime, the UK has proved itself to be an unreliable partner in any deal.
