  1. I’m now the proud possessor of an aluminium walking stick which I hoped to take to Bannockburn, but alas-
Always a pleasure to put faces to names; the first Wings gettogether I went to was fantastic. (Ed *is* a big laddie eh?)

    1. Never mind… you can bring it to Dundee instead.

Munguin says that his was the only face that counted, and you already knew that.

(Tris thinks it’s a pity that Munguin’s importance didn’t persuade the bar to switch on some lights.)

      1. We are coming to Dundee. Seeing as we did not see you yesterday, you might find us when we bring the mountain to Mohammed in August. 🙂

        1. Great.

The meet is in Baxter Park. So we’ll set up a place where we can all meet up and March together.

I’ll have Munguin with me and be wearing a Munguin t-shirt. so it should be easy enough.

Bringing the mountain to Munguin, is, I think, the expression you were looking for LOL.

    2. I am so not. I am a great big laddie.

As for walking sticks… I was told I have to lose a third of my body weight before they will evening think of giving me a new hip. At that point I said, brightly, “liposuction”. They did not look the least bit impressed. What is our NHS coming to, I ask you? They won’t prescribe me asses’ milk to bathe in either so I can have skin like Cleopatra. Cheapskates.

      1. P.S. My last was in reply to Conan. I forgot to mention that I’m coming to the Dundee march, seeing as how I live there, and if I can’t walk, I can at least watch and cheer and say hello to people.

      2. I dunno… what are the like. SNP baaaaaad.

If only the Tories were… Ah, England…ok, maybe not.

If only Labou… ah no, Wales!

If only the Liber…. Oh stop it, your just getting ridiculous.

  2. What an AWESOME day Saturday was.

We didn’t do the march thingy, my partner didn’t think she’d manage to push me all the way TO Bannockburn and then all the way back to where the car was parked. We went straight to Bannockburn and boy what a sight that was. There must have been well over 1,000 people waiting at Bannockburn to welcome the marchers.
